Harbourview Canine is a licenced kennel facility located on a 3.4 acre hobby farm in Saseenos; a bedroom community between Victoria and Sooke BC. The property is surrounded by trees and is an idyllic, natural setting for dogs. 

We strive to provide a fun and loving environment for our doggy guests. 

Harbourview Canine offers doggy daycare to clients that need regular, repeat care (minimum 1 day a week). A tired dog is usually a more content dog. We provide daily care for dogs that are capable of interacting with others in a dog friendly way. We have several fully fenced zones and an indoor area to hang out in during inclement weather.

Are you needing care for your dog overnight? For existing daycare clients, we offer overnight boarding for up to 7 nights. We have a dedicated room in our home for your pet's stopover. Your dog will become part of our household during their time with us.

Building communication through operant conditioning and language based marker training allows us, and can allow you remarkably clear communication with your dog. We call our processes 'Finding Doolittle and EnterTRAINment'. We focus on proven steps to improve communication and behaviour. 

We encourage everyone considering Harbourview Canine to learn about these exciting communication techniques.  Consistency is one of the keys to canine training and practicing at home what is practiced in daycare is a great way to build reliable behaviour. Everyone learns a little differently and we offer a variety of customized approaches towards educating dogs and owners.

We also offer behaviour consultation and basic obedience training on a case by case basis.
